  • Legendary Warrior (1) – Grants this hero advanced stats, comparable with a promoted army.
  • Inhuman Strength (1) – Grants a +1 bonus to this hero’s attack, and deals additional damage to forts, cities, and capitals.
  • Inviolability (1) – Grants a +1 bonus to this hero’s defense, and increases his max HP by 5.
  • Unstoppable Advance (2) – Ignore forests ability to slow units. Movement speed cannot be hindered. Can shunt himself forward.
  • Mighty Charge (2) – Allows this hero to perform a charge, gaining a +2 bonus to attack if they are able to move.
  • Terrible Carnage (2) – Anytime this hero destroys an enemy unit, all adjacent enemy units take damage.
  • Trustworthly Mount (2) – Increases the hero’s movement speed by 1.
  • Magic Weapon (2) – Grants the hero a Slayer ability of his choosing.
  • Blessed Armor (2) – Grants the hero a Resistance bonus of his choosing.
  • Greatbow (1) – Grants the hero a ranged attack that deals 2d10 damage.
  • Magic Arrows (2) – Improves this hero’s ranged attack.
  • Trial by Combat (1) – Enemies shunted away from this hero are dealt additional damage.
  • Never Tell Me The Odds (1) – This hero can entrench on a hill, fort, city, or capital and gain substantial bonuses.
  • Last Stand (1) – This hero deals significant damage on the last hit it deals if it is killed.
  • Executioner (1) – Enemies dropped below 10 HP are automatically killed.
  • Grisly Trophies (1) – Any time this hero kills another hero, they gain permanent bonuses.
  • Implausible Weapon (3) – The hero gains a second Slayer ability of his choosing.

  • Great Beast (1) – Grants this hero advanced stats, focusing on mobility over direct strength.
  • Wings (1) – Grant this hero a fly speed of 4.
  • Expeditious Stride (1) – Improves this hero’s ground speed to 4, and prevents forests from stopping movement.
  • Devious Cunning (2) – Grants this hero bonuses when in hills or forests.
  • Predator (1) – This hero gains +2 attack when attacking injured units.
  • Raze the Countryside (1) – Deals double damage to unoccupied fort, city and castle hexes.
  • Terror of the Deeps (2) – Allows the hero to travel unseen through water hexes.
  • Coward’s Victory (1) – The hero will sometimes flee instead of being killed.
